b>Site(s) Affected:</b> LON1 <b>Circuits Affected / Equipment Affected:</b> nl-lon1-lns01 <b>Detailed Description:</b> As part of CSL continuous service enhancement activities, we will perform an IOS software upgrade to improve stability, security, and performance. <b>Impact And Duration: </b> Some users may experience brief interruption to broadband service while failing over to lh17 LNS server. <b>Risk Assessment: </b> Low <b>Implementation Plan:</b> - Collect pre-maintenance statistics. - Deactivate nl-lon1-lns01 and move active sessions to nl-lh17-lns01. - Upgrade router software. - Activate nl-lon1-lns01. - Collect post maintenance statistics and validate service status. <b>Testing Procedure:</b> - Check service monitor status. - Compare pre and post maintenance statistics. <b>Fallback:</b> - Restore to previous software version.
